What is Skin Needling
Also known as Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT) or Micro-Needling, skin needling is a non-invasive treatment using microscopic needles and device oscillation to penetrate the skin.
Essentially micro-needling works to ‘recreate your skin history’ by healing skin trauma, retexturizing and producing overall skin renewal as a process.
Micro-needling has developed to be a successful treatment for many dermal concerns, with a great reputation of improving your overall skin health. The truth that the treatment also comes with very marginal downtime and side-effects is another excellent advantage of skin needling. Although a slight sunburn sensation and erythema may be present day for the first 24-48 hours after your treatment, daily activities can be normally continued after this specific period.

What is the difference between Derma Pen 3 & 4?
The difference between the Dermapen 3 and the Dermapen 4 includes (but certainly not limited to) a more rapidly and enhanced treatment with greater patient comfort due to accurate and consistent drag free needle penetration.
The Dermapen 4 allows for a personalised treatment with flexible needle depth penetration of up to 3mm. Dermapen 4 uses 16 microneedles with 4-speed options, allowing the needles to vacillate at a speed of up to 120 revolutions per second.
Whilst the facial region is often the main concern for our clients, the Dermapen 4 has the capability to treat all areas of the body.
