Shape first
Ladan maps the shape to your face, brow bone and how you wear your makeup before removing a single hair.

Wax, thread or both
Threading for precision along the brow line and on sensitive skin, wax for speed and smoothness on larger areas. Often a mix of the two.

Tint and finish
An optional lash or brow tint, then a soothing finish. Most brow appointments are done in 15 to 20 minutes.

Waxing or threading?
Threading uses a twisted cotton thread to lift hairs out at the root, a few at a time. Nothing touches the skin but the thread, which makes it the gentler option for sensitive, reactive or retinol-treated skin, and the most precise way to define a brow line.
Waxing removes a whole area in one pass, so it is faster and leaves the skin smoother. Ladan uses the highest quality wax, with strict hygiene: fresh applicators every time and no double-dipping. For most faces the best result is a mix, and she will recommend what suits you.
Lash and brow tinting
A tint darkens the hairs you already have, so brows look fuller and lashes look longer without makeup. It lasts around three to four weeks and takes about ten minutes. Tints pair well with a brow shape or a lash lift in the same appointment.

Aftercare
- Avoid heat, steam, sun and exercise for 24 hours
- No makeup on the waxed area for the rest of the day
- Skip exfoliants, retinol and acids on the area for 48 hours
- A cool compress settles any redness within the hour
- Rebook brows every 3 to 4 weeks to hold the shape

Should I choose waxing or threading for my brows?
Both give a clean, defined shape. Threading is precise and suits sensitive skin; waxing is quick and smooth. Ladan will recommend the best option for your skin and brow shape.
How long does a tint last?
Lash and brow tints usually last around three to four weeks, depending on your skin and how often you cleanse the area.
Can I have a tint and shaping in the same appointment?
Yes. Tinting is often combined with a brow tidy or shaping, and lash and brow tints can be done together.
Do I need a consultation before booking a treatment?
Every treatment starts with a free consultation. Ladan looks at your skin or brows, talks through what you want and recommends the right option. There is no obligation to go ahead on the day.
Where is the studio and do I need an appointment?
The studio is a private in-house space at 2 Baeckea Place, Frenchs Forest, on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. It is by appointment only. Hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm.
Who will be doing my treatment?
Ladan Farajpour does every treatment personally. She has twenty years in beauty and over fifteen years in cosmetic tattooing, so you see the same therapist every visit.
How do I pay, and do you sell gift vouchers?
EFTPOS and cash are both accepted in the studio. Gift vouchers are available for any treatment or amount. Ask when you book or call 0432 403 503.
